The Friends of Ilex are people who enjoy living in the Tring area and wish to contribute towards its continuing sense of community spirit. They share the view that involvement in local sporting and cultural activities is a healthy and sociable way for young people to enjoy themselves.

A Friend of Ilex may have children or grandchildren at a local school, or may wish simply to contribute to the happiness and continued development of our local community. The money raised by our Friends benefits local young people by providing opportunities to develop and use their skills and talents in positive, sociable activities.

The Friends help to raise funds for the Ilex Trust through subscriptions, personal donations and by providing opportunities for the involvement of a greater number of individuals and businesses.

The Benefit of being a Friend is the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping local young people. However, as well as supporting a good cause, a Friend of Ilex enjoys:

• Social functions throughout the year from informal gatherings to activity days
   
• Free entry and privileges at Ilex events (e.g. concerts, celebrity sports matches)
   
• Corporate members will have a listing and link from the this web site and plenty of positive, community-oriented publicity opportunities.

Membership Categories:

Individual
For just £3 per month year you can make a significant contribution to the young in your locality. You can pay annually, quarterly or monthly.

Corporate
For businesses wishing to support Ilex there are four tiers of annual membership:
Bronze       £100
Silver         £250
Gold           £500
Platinum   A custom package of sponsorship tailored to your publicity and                                 hospitality needs, based around a major event or period of sponsorship.
